ОЦЕНИВАНИЕ ВНЕУЧЕБНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗА В УСЛОВИЯХ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНОГО ПОДХОДА

Аннотация:
Статья основана на теоретическом анализе научной литературы, которая посвящена роли оценивания деятельности. Автор обращает внимание на необходимость оценивания внеучебной деятельности студентов вуза, в связи с реализацией нового поколения ФГОС 3++. Цель данной статьи заключается в необходимости теоретически обосновать роль оценивания внеучебной деятельности студентов вуза и предложить возможные подходы к этому процессу. На основании анализа научной литературы в статье уточняется понятие «внеучебная деятельность студентов вуза», из научных представлений видных ученых-психологов и педагогов о необходимости оценивания деятельности делается вывод о необходимости оценивания внеучебной деятельности студентов вуза. Автор считает, что с учетом современных реалий, оценить внеучебную деятельность студентов вуза значит оценить условия, созданные в образовательной организации для профессионального и личностного развития студентов и оценить личностные достижения студентов, то есть оценить сформированность компетенций студентов, занимающихся внеучебной деятельностью. Автором предложена система критериев оценки деятельности образовательной организации, по которым можно определить уровень её участия в этом важном направлении. Данная статья адресована преподавателям высшей школы, организаторам внеучебной деятельности, специалистам, заинтересованным в эффективной профессиональной подготовке будущих выпускников вузов деятельность студентов вуза.

The article is based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, which is devoted to the role of performance evaluation. The author draws attention to the need to evaluate the extracurricular activities of university students in connection with the implementation of the new generation of FSES 3 ++. The purpose of this article is to theoretically justify the role of evaluating the extracurricular activities of university students and suggest possible approaches to this process. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the article clarifies the concept of "extracurricular activities of university students", from the scientific ideas of prominent academic psychologists and educators about the need to evaluate activities, it is concluded that it is necessary to evaluate the extracurricular activities of university students. The author believes that, taking into account modern realities, to evaluate the extracurricular activities of university students means to evaluate the conditions created in the educational organization for the professional and personal development of students and to evaluate the personal achievements of students, that is, to assess the formation of competencies of students involved in extracurricular activities. The author has proposed a system of criteria for evaluating the activities of an educational organization, by which it is possible to determine the level of its participation in this important area. This article is addressed to teachers of higher education, organizers of extracurricular activities, specialists interested in the effective training of future university graduates, the activities of university students.
