Аннотация:В статье представлены теоретические и практические аспекты создания образовательной среды университета как фактора развития потребностей и интересов соискателей высшего образования, охарактеризованы и раскрыто его развивающий и воспитательный потенциал, особенности воздействия на личность и студенческий коллектив, способствующих их социальному становлению. Доказано, что образовательная среда учреждения, построенное на интеграции науки, образования и культуры, обеспечивает приобретение соискателями высшего образования социальных навыков (soft skills) в течение всего периода обучения в заведении высшего образования. Акцентировано внимание на том, что современные студенты являются полноправными и конструктивными партнерами в его управлении, влияют на организацию, содержание и результаты образовательной деятельности. Соискатель высшего образования является не только потребителем образовательных услуг и услуг сервисных служб университета, но и активным членом университетского сообщества. Раскрыта структура и направления организации воспитательной работы в Уманском государственном педагогическом университете имени Павла Тычины. Определены формы, методы ее реализации и взаимодействия всех субъектов образовательного процесса. Раскрыты особенности взаимодействия администрации и органов студенческого самоуправления в контексте реализации прав студентов как граждан Украины, развития их творчества, активности, ответственности, формирование умения решать социальные, экономические и культурно-просветительных проблемы.

Description:The article presents theoretical and practical aspects of creating the educational environment of the university as a factor in the development of needs and interests of higher education, describes and reveals its developmental and educational potential, features of influence on the individual and student body that contribute to their social development. It is proved that the educational environment of the institution, built on the integration of science, education and culture, ensures the acquisition of social skills by higher education students during the entire period of study at the institution of higher education. Emphasis is placed on the fact that modern students are full and constructive partners in its management, influence the organization, content and results of educational activities. The applicant for higher education is not only a consumer of educational services and services of the university, but also an active member of the university community. The structure and directions of the organization of educational work in Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University are revealed. The forms, methods for implementing student self management and the interaction of all subjects in the pedagogical process are determined. The peculiarities of the interaction between the administration and student self-management bodies in the context of implementing students’ rights as citizens of Ukraine, the development of their creativity, activity, responsibility, and the ability to solve social, economic and cultural problems are revealed. The educational environment of the university is characterized, which creates opportunities for developing and building a student's personality, in particular, such as: freedom to accept the intending specialist’s decision to get into the educational setting; initiating dialogue with people of different ages and different social groups; selecting different groups, communities and opportunities for their change; getting into the cultural, natural, informational space. The organization of educational work at the university provides an integrated activity of all subjects of educational work: students, student self-government bodies, deputy deans / director of the institute, curators and aims at finding new pedagogical technologies, methods (innovative and traditional) and forms (individual, group and mass), as well as accepting the priority of students’ self-education, individual activities aimed at developing their personal potential.
